French Language Expert – Account Manager (B2B Clients)

Job Description
We are seeking a Account Manager – French Language Expert to manage and
grow our French-speaking client base. The role requires excellent relationship
building skills and French language expertise. You will serve as the primary
contact for our French clients, handling accounts, resolving issues, and driving new
business growth through upselling and cross-selling.
Key Objectives
- Drive sales growth by upselling, cross-selling, and acquiring new French
clients. - Build strong, long-term client partnerships with French-speaking
businesses. - Act as the go-to contact for all client needs, ensuring satisfaction and
retention.
Daily & Weekly Responsibilities
- Manage B2B French client accounts with a strong sales-driven approach.
- Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolutions (email, phone, chat).
- Process online and back orders through ERP (SAP).
- Execute and support sales & marketing campaigns.
- Generate new leads and convert them into active client accounts.
Skills & Qualifications
- French proficiency (C1/C2) – mandatory.
- Proven experience with 5+ years in client-facing or account management
roles. - Experience in customer service and client retention.
- Knowledge of SAP or ERP systems is an advantage.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
