Job Description

Ingold Solutions Private Limited is an Authorized SAP Partner specializing in SAP Business One. We are looking for a skilled SAP Business One Administrator to manage, secure, and operate SAP Business One HANA cloud environments for our global customer base.
This is a Work From Office position based in Noida, Pune, or Kolkata.

Key Responsibilities

Installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP Business One HANA Cloud Control Center (CCC) on Microsoft Azure infrastructure
Managing and maintaining SAP Business One HANA and SQL patch levels across customer systems
Performing patch upgrades for SAP Business One HANA and SQL environments
Maintaining IT SOP policies using Active Directory, including Group Policy management
VPN configuration and administration, including:
- Site-to-Site VPN
- VPN client configuration
Ensuring data security, backup, disaster recovery, high availability, and system reliability
Monitoring SAP systems and ensuring SLA compliance
Providing technical solutions and support through a ticketing portal
Administration of RD Web services and role-based access through firewall rules
Microsoft 365 (O365) administration, including user, security, and tenant management

Required Skills & Experience

SAP & Cloud Infrastructure

Strong hands-on experience with SAP Business One HANA administration
Proven experience with Cloud Control Center (CCC)
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Azure or AWS cloud infrastructure and security

Migration & Security

Extensive experience in database and system migrations:
- Cloud-to-Cloud
- On-Premise to Cloud
Strong understanding of data security, backup, recovery, availability, and reliability

Networking & Systems

Excellent understanding of networking concepts:
- TCP/IP, routing, DNS, VPN, load balancing
Good hands-on experience with SUSE Linux (CLI)
Experience managing firewalls, remote access, and secure system access

Operations & Support

Experience working in SLA-driven environments
Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
Hands-on experience with ticketing systems

Nice to Have

SAP Business One certification
Experience in multi-tenant or hosting environments
Exposure to international SAP customer landscapes
