Senior Sales Executive – SAP Business One
Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic, driven, and experienced Senior Sales Executive to lead our sales efforts for SAP Business One. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and closing high-value deals. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of ERP software, particularly SAP Business One, and a proven track record of B2B sales success.
Job Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for SAP B1 through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets in assigned territories or verticals.
- Conduct detailed product demonstrations, presentations, and value-based selling to prospective clients.
Client Engagement
- Understand client business processes and align SAP B1 capabilities to solve business problems.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through the digital transformation journey.
- Negotiate terms and close sales contracts to meet revenue and profitability goals.
Sales Operations
- Maintain a robust pipeline using CRM tools and provide regular forecasting reports.
- Collaborate with pre-sales consultants, implementation teams, and marketing for solution alignment.
- Attend trade shows, ERP events, and customer meetings as the face of the company.
Partnership & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with SAP, channel partners, and industry influencers.
- Maintain a deep understanding of competitive landscape and market trends.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus).
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP/IT Software Sales.
- At least 2–3 years of direct experience with SAP Business One or other ERP platforms.
Knowledge & Skills
- Deep knowledge of SAP B1 product suite, licensing models, and implementation cycles.
- Strong consultative sales and solution-based selling skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
